Good old days..

I woke up this morning quite early, considering its a Sunday. I was doing my normal routine checking out blogs and news, at the same time I was browsing through my pc. I've found a video of me from way back in April 2004, which I've totally forgotten about. The first word that came to mind was "ahhh.. the good old days.." and thus, the title. I thought I'd just post the video up. This was taken at UGC, Sheffield, Uk.




I looked outside my window and saw this:


I call it the "2/3 brotherly love" coz it's only my car and my first bro's car. My 2nd bro's car is missing from the picture, and he's got a red subaru. 3 siblings, 3 red cars! Thus, Brotherly Love.. hehehe

Since the holiday season is coming, and a certain someone will be coming back to Brunei, AND... as the Brunei Skate Comp is coming soon in December, I thought it'd hype it up abit by posting some of the skate-able spots found here in Brunei.

I will be posting the pictures sorted out by places. So without further a due, here are the first batch of spots:

Min coming back to Brunei

Min, our Bruneian/Darwin-ian rollerblader, Z-crew's founder, is coming back to Brunei from 4/12/07 to 25/12/07.

So expect lots of skate sessions to be held throughout his stays. Lets all get together and have big sessions.

|PHOTOSHOOT| Part 2: Scouts Building, Beribi

After hitting the michellin rails, we went to the Scouts Building in Beribi. When we arrived there, the lights were still on, but when we were about to hit the rails, the lights were turned off. Plan B: we set up the spotlight that I brought (using ac/dc power inverter) for Samsul and Cefu to hit the rail. (Click on photo to see larger-sized picture in a new window).

Unfortunately, we had problem with the spotlight. So we ended the photoshoot. This was about 1130pm, so I just went back since i've got work the next morning, while the rest went to the stadium to skate some more.

Funny story: When the guys arrived Stadium, Kalik just realised that he didn't have his skates with him. Apparently, he left his skate at the Michellin rails, went to the Scouts Building, then went to stadium. Fortunately, his skate was still there when he went to get it. hahaha

Last night we went for a skate session / photo shoot. We all met up at Yayasan ledges at about 8.30-9. There were Samsul, Cefu, Mac, B, Kalik, Gnee and some others. Warmed up abit at the ledges before the security came. We moved to TAIB ledges to warm up some more since B came abit late.
