E: How long have you been skating? How did you started? Who influenced you to skate and why rollerblade?
Years of skating: about a year plus... lum lagi balighr
Started skating: since main golf boring, so I wanna try to move to another kinda sports... so blading lah till now...
Bahrum & Cefu is the one whom influenced me since c B(ahrum) bagi aku for free skate DVD "Thrill". The reason that I started blading is since skateboard nda pndai2 handal, why not rollerblading since ku liat FB c B gambar drg lawa2 la... so intrest kan skating street dari sna la. Then c B jual his razors arah ku & c Lani & Suley banyak ajar la skating..
E: Besides skating, what else do you do?
Beside rollerblading aaa... hmm... golf, and cars... stay at home, chill sja la..
E: So what's your typical day like? How about your weekends?
After work, skating till lalah hantap... at least 1 new trick per day la... weeekend as usual skating & bekapit sma gf ku... make it simple i skate 247. hehe
E: Who do you normally skate with and where?
In bandar with Lani, adorable Shopian Said hahah, B, Suley, Cefu, Koo, Ating, Hazman, Wawa and the rest. While in KB with the KBians such as Sham, Poji and rest of the KBians.. .
E: As we know, Brunei has a small number of skateparks provided (JP, Penaga, Pandan, OGDC, Muara Beach) and a number of DIY skateparks (Lambak, Stadium and the recently opened Lust SS). How has these parks helped you in your progession (in terms of rollerblading)?
Ermm... in terms of rollerblading, yes it does helped me out but its just a matter of lack of saftey in terms of the obstacle that we had.
Eventhough we have a few proper skatepark, but we need more obstacle and bigger ramps and whatsoever in order to improve our game. For exmple in Singapore. We need to put our local skater on the map to represent brunei! param pam pammm
E: If you were to select/pick a local rollerblader(s), who would you say is your biggest influence/role model/idol? How about international rollerblader(s)?
Local skater: Eyan, Lani, Suley
International: Alex Broskow & Cossimo Tassone
E: How did you feel when you competed in the recent street comp? Was that your first competition?
The last comp was the bsrc'09 and it was fuckin great... I managed to proceed to the second round and yeah it was really a good comp and it would me much more better if it's not raining & we doin it on the streets whereas it is more challenging :D. Its my 3rd comp anyway.
E: Although you're relatively new to the scene, how do you feel being voted/selected featured skater of the month?
Oh da*n... First thing of all is Alhamdulillah... thanks to Allah for me being voted for this month... well kinda unexpected that I've been voted. hehe... :D
E: Lastly, any shoutouts?
